We provide highly essential non-emergency medical transportation services for Medicaid recipients, the elderly, those with a disability, and those who are covered by select Managed Care Organizations, with no form of transportation to access healthcare services when the need arise.

Owner / Chief Operations Officer

Shane Neuberger

Shane, a State-Approved Passenger Transportation Trainer, transitioned from truck driving to specializing in transporting patients to their medical appointments. During the early stages of the business, he continued truck driving while his wife managed ReliaRide, ensuring financial stability for both the business and their family.

Today, Shane is a full-time member/ owner of the ReliaRide team, contributing his expertise and dedication to our operations.

Christine Neuberger

Christine, Shane's wife, has been integral to ReliaRide since its inception. With a background in IT, Medical Billing, and Entrepreneurship, she began as the sole employee, managing all aspects of the business including driving, billing, advertising, and customer service.

Her dedication and diverse skill set have been pivotal in the company's growth. Today, ReliaRide employs 8 drivers, 2 billing associates, and 1 dispatcher/manager, a testament to the strong foundation Christine helped build.

Her contributions have been invaluable to our success.

Operations Manager

Emmajewel Ortiz

Emma began her journey with ReliaRide as a part-time office clerk, initially handling paperwork. Through her dedication and hard work, she advanced to the roles of Billing Specialist and Compliance Officer concurrently. In these roles, Emma developed an efficient billing system that has significantly streamlined our processes, ensuring timely and effective operations. She has also played a key role in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new hires.

In recognition of her exceptional contributions, Emma was recently promoted from Senior Biller to Operations Manager. In her new role, Emma oversees the day-to-day operations of our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, ensuring seamless coordination between scheduling, dispatch, and fleet management. She is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, managing resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of service to support the ongoing success and growth of the company.

Tina Czlapinski

Since joining us as an NEMT driver in February 2023, Tina has demonstrated remarkable dedication and growth. She initially transitioned to an office clerk role, then advanced to scheduler/dispatcher, and is now serving as an NEMT Manager.

In her current role, Tina is responsible for managing our ride schedules and overseeing driver operations throughout the workday. Her leadership and commitment have made her a valuable asset to our company. Additionally, her exceptional service has earned her high praise from our customers.
